The Platform programme offers a wide range of roles across the industry, from digital and creative to more customer focused and data driven roles.
Each role is hybrid, working both in the office and from home, with everybody receiving their own laptop while they’ve on the programme.

Eligability
Aged 18+ and from an underrepresented community including people from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic backgrounds, women, lone parents and those who are neuro divergent or with a disability.
Paid work
6 months of paid work experience in a Havas agency, full time, paid at £13.15 per hour (London Living Wage)
Real client work
The opportunity to work in a focused job as a part of the real team, working on real briefs, doing real work, for real clients
Training
Access to a training programme which runs throughout the placement
Group projects
Peer to peer support throughout the programme, including participation in group projects
Continuous Support
A range of additional pastoral support to help develop skills and support each Platformers journey and progression
